Again, you want to build trust and show them you care. This will go a long way. In the end you may not receive the sale, but it’s potential for an awesome review, an amazing friendship or future business. Win. Win.


STEP TWO: Be Honest.

No matter the situation, be honest. If you’re NOT honest, it will come to bite you down the road! Being honest humanizes your brand. Your audience can grow with you in the good seasons and the not-so good seasons. They understand when there is a hiccup with a product and celebrate when you succeed. Ultimately, it builds authenticity around your brand.
